“Is your service safe for kids and pets?”

Yes, we use only E.P.A registered products in the safest most responsible ways possible. Our Technicians are licensed and highly trained to provide service to residential and commercial structures.

“Will I smell the products used?”

Most people cannot detect an odor during or after application. Products are injected into voids, cracks and crevices so you don’t see them or smell them. In rare cases and for certain pests we may need to use a product with an odor you will be advised if necessary.

“Do I need to prepare for your visit?”

In most cases no prep work is needed. Certain pests will require prep work like Fleas, Roaches and Bed Bugs.

“How long until I can let the dog out?”

It’s safe to let pets outside when the applications have dried typically in about 30 minutes to an hour. For interior application’s there is no wait time since all products are put into cracks and voids inaccessible to pets and children.

“When should the pests you treated for be gone?”

For most pests you should start seeing results in 24 hours. But we recommend giving the treatment 4-6 days for full effect.

“Is the treatment safe for plants and flowers?”

Yes all exterior products used are labeled to be applied directly to plants and vegetation.

“Are your pest control services guaranteed?”

Yes, all services are guaranteed to work for a minimum of 30 days.  We offer longer warranties with our Flexible Maintenance Programs.

“Are you insured?”

Yes, Brett Lane is a licensed exterminator and full insured.

“Do you accept credit cards?”

Yes, we accept credit cards.
